Structure:RCC under reamed compaction pile with Plinth beam. RCC roofing with Mangalore tile and Steel Truss.
Doors and windows: Main door in decorative teak wood.all other doors with first class country wood with moulded shutters. Windows with grill and glazed shutters.
Painting: Internal walls putty finished with plastic emulsion paint and external walls with weather-proof coating.
Electrical: 3 phase concealed wiring with ISI approved cables. Crabtree or equivalent switch points. Independent Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) meters with ELCB and MCBS.
Flooring: Vitrified flooring for ground floor, Kitchen / Work area, having ceramic rustic tiles and for bathrooms antiskid ceramic flooring.
Toilet: Colored matching fixtures having EWC and washbasins, mixer units for shower and provision for Geyser. Glazed tiles walls up to door height.
Kitchenette: Polished granite worktop and stainless steel drain board with bowl. Glazed tile dadoing, 40cms height of the worktop. Provision for water filter and washing machine.
Water supply: Kerala Water Authority (KWA) and bore well connection with separate overhead and sump tanks.

Power:
Since individual connection is to be taken from Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) for each waterfront villas, there will not be any delay/problem for getting the power connection. In addition to this the company will also install one generator set of 100 KVA capacities. This will take care in case of power failure.
Water:
In addition to supply of water by Kerala Water Authority, Company itself will make available pure water from two bore wells. Also, water is very much available at the proposed site.
Water Disposal:
Adequate waste disposal measurements have been included under civil construction work.
